I wanted to write a story which gives a happy ending for every daughter who has ever felt
the crushing weight of societal judgement and expectations.

The main focus of this story comes from a reality so many girls face today: the heavy weight
of societal expectations. In our society, daughters are constantly judged for every single
thing they do. Their choices, their mistakes, and their personalities are always put under a
microscope.

I wanted to tell a story about two sisters who face this exact judgment, yet refuse to break.
They stand their ground, break through stereotypes, and find their own fairytales on their
own terms.
