Thank you for giving my story a chance. This is my first story and is a mixture of time travel and historical fiction with an interesting love story.

CHARACTERS -

Maharaja Veerendra Singh - The great king of Vijaygarh from the 12th century. At the age of 14, his parents were killed by the enemy kingdom, Rajpur. At the age of 19, he was crowned king after conquering Vijaygarh, a kingdom rooted in patriarchy. He is deprived of all emotions, and the only solace for him is conquering kingdoms.

Diya Gupta - An extroverted and practical girl from the 21st century who is always full of life. She strongly supports women's empowerment and has been vocal on multiple occasions against the patriarchal culture in society.

Roohi Chaudhary - The best friend of Diya Gupta and the go-to person for her overthinking friend, Diya. Roohi is an introvert and the epitome of patience. By profession, she is a doctor.

Devnath - Commander-in-Chief of Vijaygarh and the right-hand man of Veerendra and also his best friend

Yash Gupta - Father of Diya Gupta. A scientist who loves his daughter wholeheartedly and knows a secret that could turn Diya's entire life upside down.

Radha Gupta - Wife of Yash Gupta. A doctor and the mother of Diya Gupta.

Rani Damayanti - The queen of Rajpur. She lost her daughter, Rajkumari Diya Gauri, when she was just 5 years old and has been longing for her ever since.

Raja Somnadh - The king of Rajpur. He loves his power unconditionally and can go to any extent to protect it.

Rajkumar Harinath - The only son of Raja Somnadh and Rani Damayanti, and the crowned prince of Rajpur. His life goal is to impress his father and make him proud.

Rajmata Leelavathi - The grandmother of Veerendra Singh. She raised Veerendra after his parents were killed and is a living example of the patriarchal society.

What happens when fate binds an orthodox, male-dominated 12th-century king and a strong-headed girl from the 21st century through time travel?

Vijaygarh is a kingdom where even men are afraid to oppose anything said by their king, and women have no power to disagree with anything.

What happens when Diya stands tall in front of Maharaja Veerendra Singh and questions everything that is wrong in the 12th-century society?
