21st CENTURY
While Yash and Radha were out on their date, Yash suddenly received a call from the Time Agency stating that the time machine was missing.
Shocked and anxious, Yash immediately dropped Radha at home and rushed to the agency.
When he arrived, he saw that the room had a large hole in the ceiling, and the place was filled with dust and smoke. Yash immediately understood the situation and came to a frightening conclusion-the time machine had been activated again and had travelled through time.
He quickly asked the staff to bring the CCTV footage.
When Yash watched the footage, his heart shattered.
He saw Diya slowly sneaking into the Time Agency, followed by Roohi. The two of them eventually entered the restricted room where the time machine was kept.
Yash immediately tried calling both Diya and Roohi, but their phones were not connecting.
Now he fully understood the gravity of the situation.
He rushed back home.
Yash explained everything to Radha.
Radha was completely devastated. Tears filled her eyes as she grabbed Yash by his collar.
"Find a way to bring them back!" she cried.
Yash knew only one thing.
The only way to reach them again was to build another time machine.
He gently assured Radha,
"I promise you... I will find a way to bring them back."
Since the original time machine was his brainchild and he was a brilliant scientist, Yash knew he could recreate it with his previous experience.
Without wasting another moment, he began working tirelessly to build a new time machine.
Yash completely immersed himself in the process.
12th CENTURY - RAJPUR
Diya and Veerendra stood facing each other.
Veerendra raised an eyebrow and asked,
"Why are you climbing down like a thief, girl? Don't you know how to use stairs?"
Diya, still trying to hide her panic, laughed awkwardly.
"Well... there was a small issue with the door. It was locked and refusing to cooperate. So I had to... you know... improvise."
She gave him an awkward smile.
But instead of calming Veerendra's suspicion, her bindass attitude made him even more curious.
It was very unusual for a girl in the 12th century to laugh and speak so openly with a man that too a stranger.
But strangely... he liked it.
There was something about her.
Her eyes were bright, fearless, and expressive. Every time she spoke, she looked straight into his eyes instead of lowering her gaze like other women of that era.
For a moment, Veerendra found himself strangely distracted.
Who is this girl...? he wondered.
And why does she speak like she fears no one?
Meanwhile, Diya was also observing him.
He looked tall, strong, and intimidating... but his confused expression almost made her cautious.
In her mind she thought,
Why is this guy staring at me like I just landed from Mars?
While Veerendra was lost in his thoughts, Roohi finally climbed down as well.
Seeing her, Veerendra snapped back to reality.
Now he noticed something even stranger.
Their clothes.
Diya was wearing an ankle length skirt, and Roohi was wearing jeans-something completely unknown in that era.
Just as he was about to question them, Diya suddenly pointed behind him and said quickly,
"Oh! Someone is calling you!"
Instinctively, Veerendra turned around.
The moment he did-
"RUN!" Diya whispered.
Both girls ran away like lightning.
Veerendra turned back just in time to see them sprinting away.
For a second, he stood there stunned.
Then a slow smirk appeared on his face.
"Interesting girl..." he murmured.
While running through the palace corridors, the girls suddenly ran into Rani Damayanti.
Seeing their strange clothes, Damayanti immediately became suspicious.
"Girls, why are you running? And what kind of attire are you wearing?" she asked.
Unable to answer and completely panicked, the girls tried to run again.
But this time Damayanti grabbed Diya's hand.
And in that moment...
She saw it.
The diya-shaped mark on Diya's hand.
Her heart skipped a beat.
With trembling hands, she looked down at Diya's ankle.
And there it was.
The clock-shaped birthmark.
Damayanti's eyes filled with tears.
"My... daughter..." she whispered.
Overwhelmed with emotion, she immediately hugged Diya tightly.
"I finally found you... my Rajkumari... the apple of my eye!"
Diya froze in confusion.
What is happening? she thought.
"Roohi... is this aunty okay? Why is she saying I am her daughter?" Diya whispered.
Roohi immediately tried to explain.
"Ma'am, she is not your daughter. Please let us go."
But Damayanti refused firmly.
"No one will take my daughter away from me again. No one!"
She immediately ordered the soldiers to bring both girls to the Rajmahal.
Once they reached the palace, the soldiers tried to separate Roohi and place her in another room.
But Diya immediately protested.
"Please! She stays with me."
Damayanti agreed, and both girls were placed in the same chamber.
Damayanti then rushed to Somnadh and explained everything.
Somnadh was relieved.
His pride and reputation were now safe.
The lost Rajkumari had returned.
Soon, Somnadh and Damayanti went to meet Diya.
Meanwhile, Diya was whispering to Roohi about escaping.
When Somnadh entered, he overheard enough to understand what they were planning.
He immediately realized something.
If he wanted to keep this girl here, he would have to control her through fear.
Damayanti lovingly placed her hand on Diya's shoulder.
"Come, child. Meet your father-Raja Somnadh, the King of Rajpur."
Diya's mind went blank.
Father? King? What is happening here?
Somnadh gently placed his hand on her head as if blessing her.
Then he removed his hand and said calmly,
"We need to talk privately."
He asked Diya to follow him.
When they were alone, Somnadh looked directly at her and said quietly,
"I heard everything you were planning."
Diya froze.
"Escape is not an option... unless you wish to put your friend's life in danger."
Hearing Roohi's life being threatened made Diya panic.
She was already feeling guilty that Roohi had gotten trapped in this situation because of her.
If anything happened to Roohi...
She would never forgive herself.
Somnadh said nothing more and walked away.
Soon the maids escorted Diya back to the room.
Roohi immediately rushed to her.
"What did he say? What should we do?"
Diya spoke softly so that no one could hear.
"For now... we stay calm. We wait for the right opportunity. Only then we escape."
Roohi nodded.
For now, they had no other choice.
